What currency is used on your website?

All items pricing and shipping charges are in AUD dollars. 

What are my payments options?

We accept all cards through our online portal. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer then please reach out to us via email. We can organise this with you and your item will be dispatched to you once payment is received. 



How long will my order take?

Once payment has been received please allow for 3 business days for the item to be dispatched to you. Standard shipping within Australia can take approximately 10-15 business days. Express shipping within Australia can anywhere between 3-5 business days. 

How is my item shipped?

All items are carefully packaged and shipped using Australia Post. A tracking number for your order will be sent to you via email once your item has been dispatched. 

Do you ship internationally?

We can send items internationally. However, we cannot guarantee a specific timeline for your order to arrive to you, as this can vary with each different location and the custom procedures of that country. You will still receive a tracking number for your order upon dispatch. 

What if my order incurs international customs charges or taxes?

If you are wanting an item shipped internationally please be aware of any customs charges or taxes that may need to be paid on your item. We take no responsibility for any charges that the order may incur and these will be at the buyer's expense. 


Returns or Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us at hello@deva-departed.com within 24 hours of making the purchase should you wish to cancel your order. Orders can take up to 3 business days to be shipped and if your order is yet to be sent, then a cancellation can be processed. If you reach out after this 24 hour timeframe and your order has already been shipped then it is too late for a cancellation of your order to be processed.

Can I refund my purchase?

All sales are final and refunds or returns are not offered on purchases.

We try our absolute best to take accurate photographs and clearly outline the condition of each item. Please be sure of your purchase before proceeding. If you have any questions regarding an items condition please contact us at hello@deva-departed.com and further video/photo resources can be sent to you prior to purchase. 



What if my order is intended as a gift?

We always make sure our items are dispatched looking their absolute best. Your item will be packaged securely and wrapped in brown paper with twine. No pricing information or invoices will be included in order (this information will be sent via email to you). 

Do you sell gift cards?

We currently do not offer gift cards.
